The Law Firm of Domogan, Chan and Mabalot opened its doors on the 18th day of January 2014 in Baguio City. The firm’s founding partners – Attorney Janice Domogan, Attorney Clifford Chan (on leave) and Attorney Roberto Mabalot, Jr.(on leave) – initially practiced their law professions in different well-established Baguio Law offices. Their continuing passion for work, dedication to the practice of law, and time-tested friendship are the most prominent foundations of this firm.

Attorney Domogan, during her first year of law practice, was part of a well respected law firm in Baguio City where she handled a bulk of Labor and Employment cases. Attorney Chan (on leave) practiced his law profession in one of the competent law firms in Baguio City with Corporate/Business law as one of its trademarks. Attorney Mabalot, Jr.(on leave) is a senior partner from one of the well known pioneer law firms specializing in Transportation Law.

Trained in diverse law practice backgrounds and track record, the partners are committed to building a firm that will carve a niche in distinct core law practice areas. 

2023 marks an important milestone for the firm as it opens its branch office in Manila. This expansion is a testament of the partners’ shared commitment towards integrity and excellence in the practice of law, as well as outstanding service to its clientele.
